Does this product have temperature controls? Can it be used with an in wall temperature control/on off control which is an already installed fixture?

This faucet itself is only a single cold one. Generally people who want it to be hot and cold water will buy a mixing valve. So we can not say sure if your installed fixture can be used with this faucet or not now.

This item requires 220v outlet socket?

Hi this one is only DC powered as description says. AC is not available for this, so it does not reqire outlet socket. Hope it helps. :)

How do you change the water temperature

You need to adjust the water shut off valves feeding the faucet. Or install a mixing valve that has a dial to set the temperature. This has to be located under the sink. You cannot adjust the temperature at the faucet itself.
