Insect inside!. Rotten flour

The Millet Flour arrived early, in perfect condition, as described, with a freshness date good for for over a year and a half! The price was good, on a product I use frequently, I feel it's a good value for a Keto friendly grain. I use it to bake, coat fish or meat, or thicken stews, and stir fries. I use extra eggs to bind dough, and extra milk for moisture.

I use this product in a recipe for GF sandwich bread, which I have also used for GF pizza crust. I think it adds flavor to and improves the texture of the bread and pizza crust.. It is a little pricey but the recipe doesn’t call for that much of it, maybe a third of a cup in a two-cup mixture of different GF flours, so a bag of this will last me several weeks. It is hard to find this locally, so I’m glad Amazon has it.

Excellent for bread making; not found in my local 5 grocery stores

This was an ingredient on a GF recipe that was highly rated and it worked out exactly as stated. Great, fresh product.

Great to substitute flour for this!
