I use the ratchet on a daily basis, having had my snap on 1/4 drive repaired once it broke again (probably because they use cheap Chinese metal now) so I thought I'd just buy myself something different. I have a few craftsman tools and liked the look of this ratchet. Well impressed!! And made in the USA!!

Well made. Nice finish. SO MUCH BETTER than the base ratchet - more teeth make it MUCH more useful in tight spaces. Ratchet action is smooth and positive - no slipping in the head. Body appears to be the same head-thickness with a slightly longer handle. After using this one, I bought a 3/8" and 1/2" ratchet with more teeth as well - for the same reasons. Comparable to much more expensive tools at a fraction of the price. Great value!
