9kg 1400rpm NFC Freestanding Washing Machine - White [Energy Class D]

I've been using this washing machine for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it's the best washing machine I've ever had and I've been a consumer for almost forty years. The drum is massive, it holds so much laundry and the spinning is so quiet. It is easy to programme once you get the hang of it. You can choose the water temperature and spin speed regardless of the programme you choose and the laundry comes out almost dry, it's that good. The only function I can not comment on is the smart function because I haven't tried it. I just wanted a washing machine with a high spin speed, no more no less. I guess the smart function will be good for those who want to set their machine to start during the night or when they are at work or something but for me, I'm happy using the manual. I'm extremely happy with my choice but as my title says, ask me again in a few months because it's early days.

I recently bought the Candy CS1492DE 9kg 1400rpm NFC Freestanding Washing Machine in White and have been using it regularly for a few weeks now. So far, I've found it to be an excellent washing machine that has exceeded my expectations.The machine has a simple yet elegant design, which looks great. Its controls are straightforward and user-friendly, and it has a clear display that makes it easy to select and customise washing programs. The machine's 9kg capacity is perfect for my family's needs, and I appreciate how it can handle larger loads, which saves me time and effort.The 1400rpm spin speed is another great feature of this washing machine. The best washer I have ever had! Brilliant quick wash options. Extra large drum. Connects to Android phone. Lots of different programs. Nice and quiet.

The media could not be loaded. This has got to off been the worst appliance and service I have ever received off Amazon.When this arrived it came in just cellophane, the delivery driver dropped it too my door, I arranged for a plumber to come and instal this machine as I’m disabled and noway could I lift this living solely.When the guy went to instal this noticed that there was a foot missing, luckily my old one fitted so we used that.Anyway the guy put it on a wash before using, I loaded half filled my washing put this on a quick wash, the machine then started making crazy banging noises, the spin is only on 400 and started to spin out of control into the middle of the room this then dragged up the lino and tearing.I spoke with 3 people in customer services who did not have a clue what I was saying. I stated the above and asked me if i wanted to do trouble shooting,After a 25 minute phone call off being told the same thing about Trouble shooting, I then asked to speak with a manager, after highlighting everything state above she then ask if I wanted to speak to an appliance expert, now come on I had apparently spoken to your expert team lol. Anyway she then told me there was nothing she could to do. Other than collect the appliance and wait for a refund, however after a lengthy discussion I asked if I could be sent the correct footing to one rule that out, which was denied, I was then told my the manager that in order for me to return this item I would need to put this 9kg washing machine in a BOX 😂 now being disabled and living alone, I don’t think I’m going to be able to manage this.After again another lengthy conversation about a box she agreed for it too be collected with me wrapping it in clinge film, however she could not organise this been discounted and collected from the kitchen but I would need to take this to my front door.Again another great conversation had we then just agreed for this to be collected tomorrow (Wednesday 4th July) as you can see in the video this machine looks like the drum may of had it, even my old washing machine wasn’t this loud.I will never use Amazon for buying larger appliances like this again. Poor customer service, poor understanding of the product, Poor product.

No issues at all. All the wash programs you need. I am happy with this product. Delivered on time with a swift delivery on the day. I would recommend this product.
