I wouldn't recommend it. It didn't taste as well as the ones meant for homemade soda...and it took pretty much the whole bottle to flavor it.

They are meant to be used to flavor sparkling water. But you could use them to flavor anything you like. They are concentrated, so I don't think they'd water down ice cream at all.
