Wow if you looking at this lemon ginger Crystal you need to get you some cuz I have felon in love with them I put one pack in a 32 oz water bottle aluminum and it is so delicious and put you some ice on it I'd mostly drink it cold I'm not drinking it hot but I tell you it does it's the body some good get you some.

easy to use
Got these first in S.E. Asia on a trip. Spouse uses it in tea.When we ran out I looked on Amazon and there they were so I ordered. Never expected to find them again. There is a little bit of a tang to them.
