yes it is hypoallergenic, made for babys or anyone. tearless, mild, no scent. a great shampoo for everyone

not the type of product that puts a expiration date on it.

All previous bottles i had were milky looking. the one i just received is completely clear. did they change formulas or is this counterfeit?
