The packaging says used by 2018. Will this still works?

For my opinion, the used by 2018 means they have sell by 2018, the battery will still be good to use.

Does this for in a canon sure shot zoom camera?

My old 35mm film SLR EOS 620 use this battery. I don't know if Sure Shot camera use this batery type.

Will this fit a Canon AE-1 camera?

The answer is no it's,not even close. If I remember correctly the AE-1 takes a CR123.
