What is the difference between this product and the cetaphil gentle skin cleansing cloths (for dry, sensitive skin)?

The skin cleansing cloths does not remove eye makeup as well as the makeup remover wipes. The makeup remover wipes are a bit oily the skin cleansing cloths are not.

I ordered the pack of 3 and only got one? Please advise thank you.

Report it to Amazon returns. They shipped me a new one.
