Excellent book! Have recommended it to others. Easy to do the exercises, and am noticing improvements in my vision already. The only thing I can think of that I would change in the book would be to gather the exercises in one place, either all in one section, or at the end of the relevant chapter. As it is, they're in the text body itself. No big deal, though. Well written, plenty of pictures, and several eye charts are included.

Great book about techniques to improve vision and how the author himself got the vision from 1% vision to 20/60 without glasses. It includes charts as well. However few other things need to be bought for few exercises as given in book.
