More of an off white . This color was used for U.S. navy ships before about 1904 as a peace time finish . Hope it helps.

白の顔料が多く、隠蔽力が高いため、下地を気にせず塗ることができます。エアブラシも所有していますが、簡単、便利で手放せないアイテムです。 1/48の戦闘機から1/24のラリーカー、ガンプラまで白なら何でもこれでいけます。エアクラフトスプレーは粒子が細かいのでら、ツヤ感を出したいしたいときは少し我慢して長めに吹くことをおすすめします。

AS-20 Insignia White USN Spray. If you build historically accurate and concept models then Tamiya’s AS line is beautiful. I’ve been able to match colors true, on some of the most difficult models, by direct comparison to extant examples is both ships and aircraft. I trust Tamiya’s pigments and quality control to assist in my research, through to finished piece.
