larger than expected
based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, but this is large enough to easily accept a pork loin. it probably won't do a large roast, but it's more than sufficient for my purposes.

New to this seeking all options to save $.
If all goes well worth it will know in about 6-8 weeks. 1st timer here doing 4 capacolas in the frig B4 investing in either a Walton 135L or a pro smoker (25 lb capacity). Equilibrium salts, Calabrian spice recipe 10 day cure in vac seal bags (2.5 lbs each) dry aging for 35% water weight removal - doing so with a salt slurry container inside each semi closed compartment to lessen the harsh drying of the frig. Will equalize in vac seal bags after dry age for 50-100% of dry time. Lots of fun in this project, if successful buying a real dry age cabinet.

will not fit over a full size ham
ive bought these for smaller Tenderloins wanted larger ones for HAMS...these are the same size i bought for sausage curing .WILL NOT fit over =even a small ham...

Not too tight, works great for capicola .with this roll I will have enough till I die , itโs really a lot of net , value for money is definitely there .
