Very bad connectivity. The bluetooth doesnt appear on the phone list and even if unplug or plug the wire of the cricut machine the Bluetooth doesnt appear. No customer aupport and only 15 days return policy

I received Cricut Joy around one month ago and I opened the box today to find out that it is not brand new, and the bluetooth not working which makes the machine unusable. Amazon return window closed 2 weeks ago, really bad experience with my 1st buy from Cricut

Scratches from the front(white part) is visible. Works perfectly fine so far though.

Ich bin immer wieder erstaunt, wie präzise und fein dieser kleine Plotter arbeitet. Mit ihm ist fast alles möglich. Textil, Karten, Tassen, Papier und Dekorationen können durch ihn bedruckt oder ausgestanzt werden. Ich habe vorher noch gar nicht mit solchen Geräten gearbeitet, bin aber seit der Anschaffung total happy mit diesem kleinen Kerlchen. Das Gerät ist einfach zu bedienen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten andere Programme, wie Photoshop oder Canva, mit einzubinden. Die Hauseigene Design Space App ist einfach, intuitiv und bietet mit seinem Aboservice viele fertige Projekte. Ich benötige das Abo nicht, weil ich gerne alles selbst gestalte/erstelle. Aber man bekommt fast täglich neue Ideen, die man umsetzen könnte/möchte. Er ist ein wundervoller Einstiegsplotter. Leider macht er aber auch Lust auf mehr. Ich spiele nun täglich mit dem Gedanken, mir doch noch einen Maker 3 dazu zu holen. Mein Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung für kreative Bastelfreunde. Die Ergebnisse sehen aus wie gekauft, nur das man alles komplett selber machen kann und dadurch immer die passenden Geschenke zur Hand hat. Ich bin schon sehr auf Weihnachten gespannt, wenn die Lieben ihre DIY Geschenke auspacken. Kleiner Nachtrag, nach dem Weihnachtsfest. Die Geschenke kamen bei unseren Lieben wunderbar an. Ich kann diesen kleinen Plotter absolut weiterempfehlen. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht nach Herzenslust zu plotten und die Lieben damit glücklich zu machen. Top DIY Kumpel!

brill little machine. in the starter bundle: you get the machine, matless silver vinyl tester (you can use to test, i just made use out of it as you can skip that), weeder tool, pen tool (to get the machine to draw instead of cut), a small cardstock blue tester sheet, small card mat, pack of greeting card inserts, small roll of transfer paper, a 5 pack of matless vinyl (in colours i would describe as peach, coral, seafoam, azure, mustard). the machine does a brilliant job in very quick time. i’m not super tech savvy but found it pretty easy to wrap my head around the mechanics. compact enough to easily store without having to clog up a desk. cons for me, are that: - matless vinyl is very difficult to get off the backing. the transfer tape doesn’t seem to really be strong enough to pull it off so it takes a lot of faff for me personally - it feels quite wasteful that there is so big of a border around the edges - i ordered a pack of vinyl (because you pretty much have to, unless you want to use only the aforementioned bright freebies) only to realise i also needed to order a new mat to make use of the full length of said vinyl sheet - i find it a bit confusing trying to work out exactly how much space i can use, because of said border around the cutting area - certain tools in the design app are frustrating. for example weld. when creating text that is cursive and overlaps, it naturally will cut over all lines (which in dark mode you’ll only see if you change the text to be non block) unless you weld. to weld you have to have selected multiple objects. annoying when you only want to print one thing! the vinyl senses fear. pull the transfer tape of without fear, and all will succeed.

The delivery was quick and in time for use. The machine is small and easy to operate - it came with a small standard mat, a black pen, cutting blader, and small silver testing viny. I tried my first little cutting project today and it came out amazing. Love it!
