I have just bought the 3.5l waterdrop filter jug. went to buy the waterdrop filters and it states that they are not compatible with the jug???

Hiya I found the jug too heavy I wish id noticed how big it was i don't use it now needs throwing out so not bought any filters ..

Why does my jug have condensation inside the jug above the water line? It doesn't look good.
