Excellent detox
Excellent coffee enema brand approved by Gerson. Some have a funny smell when cooked. This one does not and works very well. Highly recommended.

Really Strong Coffee
This coffee is grounded very well. It does wonders. However, because it is well grounded you must be careful with the coffee to water proportion. I only used two tablespoons of coffee to 8 cups of water and it was too strong for me. I felt lethargic for a while. I don't drink coffee and this may also have been the problem. Nevertheless, I love the results. Would definitely purchase again.

Works better than other brands I've tried
I've tried a lighter colored bean brand before giving this one a try. I liked the lighter colored beans for the fact that they do not stain your equipment as much. This looks pretty much like regular coffee meaning it's definitely more roasted which means it does have a nice fresh aroma to the beans not seen in the other brands. I use 3 T rounded to around 7 cups of water. I add 1 T chaga mushroom powder and 3 T chamomile and put in slow cooker for 4 hours the night before I use. This blend works well but can be a bit intense compared to the other brand with the cramping. I guess it's doing its job so I can't complain but for first timers I'd suggest to either cook the beans less or cut back on the coffee. You should be able to hold the brew for at least 20 minutes to be the most effective.

Smelled great when I opened the package
Got it quickly. Was sealed very well for freshness. Smelled great when I opened the package. Worked very well as an enema. More gentle results then regular coffee. Expensive but seems worth it to me.

Only used once but ...
So far, I have only used once but I did not get the same results as I do with SA Wilson brand coffee. Maybe I just need to get used to it.
