The tablets are smooth and uniform, and the packaging allows them to arrive unbroken. It's nice being able to swallow only three tablets to get 1000 mg of calcium, rather than five or ten like some other brands.

These pills are not any bigger than the tablets I got at the warehouse club and, for me, are not a problem to swallow. I was looking for a calcium supplement that did not have D3 in it and these work for me.
