will this strip out the threads on your valve stems?

If you line the chuck straight with the valve stem before taking it off, you shouldn't have a problem with the valve stem threads.

This doesn't come with a quick connect coupler. The one I have doesn't seem to screw completely on this chuck. Is there a special size to look for?

I had no problems screwing in a 1/4 " pipe (standard size for quick disconnect) I needed the extended reach for my dual wheel goose neck . It works well Ken C.

Do they make a pressure gauge at least 3 foot long for older people that can't bend over.

No they do not make one that long, but you can extend one yourself with steel pipe and a coupling of the same size.

Are the threads for large-bore or small-bore valve stems?
