These adhesive will allow you move things quickly over a few minutes but it will set permanently within 15 min.

Can I use this to make labels?

You would need to make the labels using a printer, cut them down to about 2 inches and run them through the Xyron. The Xyron will adhere adhesive to the back of your labels and then you can stick them onto things.
