Good at getting the initial dough together with minimal mess
I bought one of these a couple of years ago and it has been completely fine, and does a great job of bringing flour and water together into a dough. For smaller, weaker people like me it's best to stick to smaller loaf quantities but this will handle a 750g or even a 1000g dough mix if you have the strength. I bought another recently but it arrived broken, the metal whisk part and handle were not attached. It was bought as a gift and I didn't have the time to return it and wait for a replacement. I completely understand that things can go wrong in the manufacturing and packaging processes - there was absolutely no trouble to return it for a full refund. I would still recommend this whisk especially if you like hand mixing and want to keep messy fingers to a minimum.

Nachdem ich in verschiedenen Videos, bei denen ums Brot backen ging, diesen Teigbesen gesehen habe, habe ich mir auch ein Exemplar gekauft . Es gibt verschiedene Qualitäten und Preise. Dieser Besen hat einen schönen Holzgriff und einen stabilen Metall-Aufbau - und das bei einem top Preis .Trug ist damit einfacher zu vermengen als mit herkömmlichen Schneebesen, da Teig auch schon mal schwerer und klebriger ist .

An alternative cheaper tool for making dough, if one does not want to spend good amount on electric mode. Needs your arm strength in dough making process. However, it is a clean mode. No worry about messy hands. Good tool for home maker. Built quality is good. Cleaning is very easy.
