Effective and Easy to Use
Update 4/12: I am sufficiently impressed with the air filter that I have already purchased a second one to use upstairs in my house. Still can't recommend this enough! I've only had it setup for 24 hours, but first impression is excellent. The unit is securely packaged, and it arrived right on time. Setup is extremely easy. All you have to do is take it out of the box, remove the front panel to take the filter out and remove the plastic, then put it back in and plug it in! The filter turns on with the flip of a switch on the bottom next to the power cord. It boots up and instantly starts calibrating its sensors, which takes about 60 seconds. Connecting to the app is very simple. The app walks you through it and it took me less than a minute to get it up and running. The app and the filter itself give you updates on how your air is looking, and it definitely responds quickly to any changes in the environment. Last night, I fried some chicken for dinner, and the air quality index rating shot up on the filter. It immediately started working overtime to get the air cleared of any of the pollutants put off by frying. With the fan on it's highest setting, it can be fairly loud, but normal running speeds are barely perceptible. There are different modes you can put the filter in as well to avoid having the fan going full speed, or to meet the needs you have. I can already tell a difference in how easy it is to breathe in my house. Obviously, I will update this review in the future if the need arises, but as of right now, I can highly recommend the filter to anyone who is suffering from the evils of spring and pollen.

High rate of failure
Purchased 2 mila air purifiers and they both died on me. First one died a year after purchased and then the second one died maybe another year after that. It is a great product when it worked. I liked all the smart features in it but the lifespan of the product is not worth the price.

Great Support, Great Performance, and an All-Around Great Product
I've only owned my Mila for a few days, but so far I love it. It's stylish, modern, and fairly compact. Definitely not as tall and obvious as other purifiers, which is nice. As for performance, it does it's job well. I usually leave it on automatic mode and it manages the air quality with no problems. When I open the windows, I go manual to help keep the indoor AQI low by cranking up the fan speed. Mila handles the task with ease. The app is easy to use and quite informative. Takes some time to learn it, but support is great at answering any questions. Speaking of support... My Mila first started oddly and went into diagnostic mode instead of letting me pair to the app. Support responded within 2 hours on a weekend. Solved the problem and I was good-to-go! Looking forward to continued clean air for a long time to come.

Good filtering, great concept, but software/firmware is buggy
This air purifier works well at filtering air, but not much else. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to the Dyson air-purifier I've had for several years in another room. The Mila has been a big disappointment, technically speaking. More often than not, it loses the internet connection (even though it's right next to the Wi-Fi router), and I have to restart it. Occasionally, it has some cute message on the screen that basically says something has gone horribly wrong, and I have to restart it. I have the latest firmware and have done all of the things, but the system just continues to be horribly buggy. Contrast that with my Dyson, and I've NEVER had a problem with it. The iOS software is straightforward and fantastic, and while it's funny, I'm not joking when I say if I fart in the room, the Dyson always automatically turns on and starts cleaning the air. So the Mila has been a big waste of money for me as far as I'm concerned, and I'm going to just buy another Dyson because it works amazingly well and has a great app.

Not working after one month
This filter has stopped working correctly after one month. The AQI reading has suddenly jumped to a sky high number with no clear cause - nothing in the house has changed to explain this. Resetting the unit does nothing. I replaced the very expensive filter with no change. No response to my inquiry to the manufacturer. Very disappointed. Edit: The company support was subsequently responsive and worked with me to correct the fault with the unit. My only complaint is that it is louder than I would like on automatic mode when it 'ramps up' to a higher speed.

Great product!
I bought one of these in March '21, and they are GREAT. I had a panic moment because all their filters have been unavailable for weeks, and assumed they were going out of business. In a classy moment on Mila's part, customer support talked me off the cliff with the oft-cited line "rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated" :). They explained to me that they are doing fine but struggling with covid-related shipping issues with their filters on some ship off the coast of California. Bottom line: The product is awesome; it's fun and easy to use, and support is fantastic. The filters are expensive and currently unavailable, so consider that when deciding to take the plunge in buying the unit. Personally, I plan on buying a second unit once I see the filters are available.

Great product, excessive notifications
The product functions great and I love having the app with all my air quality information so accessible. The one thing that I have been a bit annoyed with is the notifications so I ended up disabling them. I like the air quality notifications, but there are 2 I get constantly that I want to be able to permanently dismiss or I want Mila to learn that it isn't going to change. The first is to close my windows b/c of of rising AQI when my windows are not open. The second alert is the potential for mold because of high humidity. I live in NY... it's summer and it's humid. I can't change that.

Hoping there’s a class action suit
Too embarrassed to say how many we own because that’s how many times we got scammed by this horrible company. The first one seemed great so we bought more. Many more. Thousands of dollars down the drain since every single one of them later sounded like an unbalanced jet engine. Customer “service” is the worst we have ever encountered. If someone would do a class action lawsuit against this unscrupulous company we would happily take part and even consider no remuneration just to see them go out of business. They certainly deserve it.
