Excellent, second time I buy

I had a pest problem recently in my home in general- not bedbugs, or in my bedroom but in an abundance of caution I wanted something to better protect my mattress. I was worried this would make me more hot when i sleep but I haven’t noticed that it does. Also not noisy like some waterproof ones are. No noise. No noticeable extra heat. I tend to run hot and can struggle with sleep, in general, so adding heat from a mattress pad would make it worse. That being said if I was feeling hot from it, this could still be used to protect the mattress and a cooling mattress cover could go on top, with the most expensive thing to replace- the mattress, being protected.

This cover is very well made. The only think I will note is that it is supposed to be for mattresses that are 9-12 inches in height. I bought this for a 12" thick mattress hoping it would be snug fitting. It was not. I believe a 14" thick mattress would fit in this cover.
