Seems To Work to Lower My Temparature
Sometimes I'm fighting a flu or cold, I work in a retail store and my immune system gets a workout as I'm exposed to hundreds of people every day. My temperature is always lowest when I wake in the morning then if I'm ill it will rise in the afternoon. The first day I took this my temperature was elevated a little when I awoke meaning I was fighting flu and LOWER in the afternoon and that is a first. I think I'll pay a little more next time and get the same ingredients but made in an FDA oversighted manufacturing facility...

Super high in Vit D3
I didn’t realize that 125 mg of vitamin D3 was equivalent to 5000 IU and nobody should ever take more than 4000 IU of vitamin D3 a day. I was already on 4000 IU of vitamin D3, so I ended up taking 9000 IU daily while using this product and it caused kidney issues. If you take this product i strongly suggest only using 3 capsules a day vs the recommended 4 and to not take any other vitamin D3 supplements while using this supplement. Every 25 mg of D3 = 1000 IU.

Helps Reduce Foot Swelling During Travel
I initially purchased this supplement for immune support, but will now continue to purchase it because it reduces the swelling in my feet that I experience during longer car trips. Several years ago, I had severe pre-eclampsia during a pregnancy that caused damage to my feet. Since then, I have experienced significant swelling in my feet after car trips of several hours or more. This supplement is the only thing that has alleviated my foot swelling, and it was an unexpected happy accident. I will continue to purchase for this reason.
