Yes it does fit. I have been using these on my 2011 1500 for a couple years after they went to the cheap plastic core ‘e’ version of the other ac delco filter.

Will this interchange for a pf48e(2017 zl1-gm lt4 6.2l)?

Yes it will.. The PF48E is what my G8 called for originally but this filter will work as a much better performance replacement. It is much more heavy duty compared to the PF48E. You will feel the weight of it is heavier which means it has better internals than the paper crap of the 48e. Ive been using this filter for a few years now with no issues. I have multiple friends that are now using this filter for their G8s and Camaros.

LS7 oil filter!

This is a great filter. This is the factory recommended replacement oil filter for the dry sump 7.0L. It has the correct oil pressure bypass spring and a higher burst strength. In order to control the higher oil pressures seen in LS7 engines.
