Dose this work on earlobes? get blackheads on thoses i literally had to remove embedded blackheads in my ear lobe

I have never tried it on my earlobes, but it works very well on my nose and chin.

Do this product actually work and clear your skin? Does it work on darker skin for blackhead's? Trying to find something for my 16 year old son.

I think there is not a magical product for this but this product works excellent for the price

Can i use this twice a day

yes but look if your skin gets very dry put on a moisturizer that goes with your skin type

Have been buying this for years. The best for black heads. A thick cream with exfoliant. I leave on a few minutes then scrub off. Keeps my skin clear. A mild scent but has never bothered my skin
