My doctor mentioned if multi vitamins are He recommended a methylated form of multivitamins as it can be absorbed more easily. I found that this brand meets my needs. My allergies seem to have improved and I feel energized throughout the day. I wish there would a little higher dose of magnesium glycinate so I don’t have to take a separate tablet. I am also a diabetic on GLP1. I took 3 capsules the first time I had severe diarrhea. Now taking only 2 capsules with lunch and that seems to be sufficient for me .
