What do zinc lozenges do for you?

Zinc lozenges support healthy immune function and help provide supplementary levels of zinc to fill in gaps in your diet.

How much zinc should you take?

While the recommended amount of zinc depends on your age and gender, it’s always important to read labels when supplementing and follow proper dosing instructions.

When should I take zinc, morning or night?

When it comes to zinc, it doesn’t really matter whether you take it in the morning or at night, but rather how close you take zinc to meals. Since zinc absorbs best on an empty stomach, it’s recommended to take 1-2 hours before or after meals.

Is it OK to take zinc every day?

It is generally recognized as safe to take zinc in certain amounts daily. However, you should consult with your doctor if you are planning on taking more than 40 mg per day long-term as it can impact your copper absorption.

How long can you take zinc lozenges?

You should take zinc as needed, but you shouldn’t plan on taking high doses for more than a few days unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Must have for a flu and cold season

This is something you should have on hand especially in the winter time. These zinc lozenge are very large. But they work extremely well. Helps fight off cold symptoms. Highly recommend them.
