This sturdy pan is attractive and the handles are safer than most pans of this type. I always depend on Farberware. I cooked a small turkey in it. Easy to clean.

This pan bakes evenly and is sturdy. Now, if someone can develop a pan like this that can maintain the surface after washing in a dishwasher. This is a good pan.
