How many iso boes included?

There are two black ones. The handles are sturdier than the red, "buy one," option. Super easy to use. You can imitate the short exercise series of Alexander Zass, the old time isometric strongman with them (he used chains).

Are both bands the same size?

Hello, Yes, both bands are the same size.

Is there any difference between the devices sold in the "iso-bow pro pair" and in the iso-bow (single)?

There is not a difference of the product. The stitching is white on the pro pair.
