Does this product have uv protection? greenhouse film needs uv protection, and it looks to me that this doesn't have uv protection.

ALL plastic has natural UV filtering. Just Google search that fact. However if you're asking about how protected this plastic is to the effect of UV over the long term for durability that's another issue. Best to buy this in it's thicker mm to stand up to the elements let alone the hot Sun.

Could I use this for a moisture barrier for my car door?

I researched "french drain" on my 50 year old home, 2 stories. The first floor is .75 above ground with sun shining in through windows and .25 is below ground. I was seeing moisture inside and I was checking for a crack on the foundation. They, internet, said the cheapest & the longest way to prevent moisture was to do this; dig to the bottom of foundation (i used bobcat);a 25 year 100% water barrier paint or tar this will fill in crack you don't see; fill in cracks; 4 mil plastic sheeting; foot of small rocks; lay weed control barrier from gardening secition; lay perforated drain PVC pipe; cover with the weed control barrier; 1 foot of small rocks; fill rest of the way with gravel. This will keep your foundation dry for 100 years they say. And it was less than $2500 10% of what a general contractor will charge you. So back to your question I would believe, if done right, this plastic sheeting should do the trick until you replace the door.

Is this sheeting transparent? I am using it to cover my windows. I need to be able to see out.

We did cover windows with it. You can see through it but it’s not crystal clear as it would be glass or thinner material.

This Does What it Was Purchased For

This sheeting was purchased to put over the plexiglass on my balcony. Therefore it is subject to all kinds of weather and has come through greatly. No ripping or tearing and is surviving the wind. Plus as it's very dense it gives privacy. I'm hoping that it will also act as a heat shield during the hot summer months. Am very pleased with this product, plus, it was reasonably priced. I have enough to last another two summers!
