How small do these go, what is the inches for tie & cumberbund ? Trying to fit petite women with 26-28" torsos & our necks.

Smallest waist adjustment is 29 1/2.....neck tie is about 12"

Its made from a polyester fabric. It is a satin finish....looks like a silk.

is there a matching "self tie" bow tie for this cummerbund?

The Bow Tie is already tied and has the neck hook that you can adjust to your size. I really like this set better than the other expensive set I bought t the store.

How small does this fit?

I wore the black and had to let it out all the way. The bow tie was a little small for my liking!
