Unsinkable

Loved loved loved this book I have read multiple books on floating and so far this has been my favorite. It’s small and I read it in a day. I highly recommend this book to any one curious about floating to anyone already addicted to floating.

Great book about how floating helped a young woman overcome her eating disorder. I found the link between the use of floating to overcome the sensation of fullness a unique and interesting concept.Initially when I had picked up this book I wanted to find out more about how people had used floating as a thinking tool. Satisfied with this book however, I would recommend the read to anyone that floats regularly or is curious.

Inspiring story!

Emily courageously reveals her journey through addiction, eating disorder, social anxiety and other challenges. She details how Floating became a powerful tool in her recovery. Unsinkable has a very clear, concise and hope filled message. Full recovery is possible. Living without constant fear, guilt, self-doubt, and worse, is within reach, and it's sustainable.The unaffected prose style, and short chapters make this book charming and accessible. I have a feeling that we'll be hearing more from Emily Noren in the future. I hope that's true.
