Will this work on fully fired cone 6 porcelain?

It's a low fire glaze ^05. If the porcelain is already fired and you want to coat it, you should be able to fire it to Cone 05. It will not fire properly at cone 6.

Does it turn yellow ?

No, this is a transparent glaze for low fire clay. It looks pink when applied but clear after firing.
