Good protein

Can’t go wrong with this whey (unless you really don't like very sweet ones)! Tastes like a proper treat and mixes smoothly, even just with water (just shake a bit stronger for a bit). It’s my go-to after workouts and keeps me feeling sorted without any bloating. For my taste - a bit too sweet as I like mixing whey with milk but it might be the characteristic of American brands.

Really delicious when you mix it with just water which is great if you’re looking to save calories for something else. Hard to quickly dissolve in cold water, but it’s not a pain. Been thinking about using this to make a protein mug cake or maybe some hot chocolate. Yum.

ON has some great flavors and this is just a great way to make it easier to bring my protein with me. Yes, it's more expensive, but for certain situations this is VERY handy. Plus, if you don't know if you want to buy a big jug of this flavor, this is at least a cheaper way to find out if you like it or not.

Perfect fit for work trips. Wish I could find in vanilla but when searing for a gnc, vitamin shoppe, etc is hard to find in some cities this fits perfectly in my overnight bag.

One of my favorite flavors. This item was useful when I travel with only a carry on. The pre portioned packaging makes it easy to travel. Overall solid quality whey isolate

Ok Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Powder: 20/10 Taste: I mixed it with Oat Milk from Trader Joe’s and got the “Extreme milk chocolate flavor”. Literally tasted like melted chocolate ice cream. No chalky flavor or texture and no after taste. Very smooth and it says it can be mixed with a spoon as a shaker bottle is not required. Haven’t tried to do that yet. However I found it mixed quickly and well with my shaker bottle. Nutrition: 120 calories per serving- 24 grams of isolate protein. Il DEFINITELY be buying their other flavors in the future.

This protein powder tastes terrific! Takes a little longer to mix up by hand shaking but is very good and very filling.
