Will this fit 2 iPhone 11s in a standard Spec case?

Don't have an iPhone, but have 2 Galaxy Note 10 Plus phones, both in a clear plastic back cases. They both fit with a little room to spare. Each phone (with case) is 85.5MM (3 and 9/16 inch) Wide, 10.68MM (3/8 inch) Deep, and 167.0MM (6 and 5/8 inches) Tall. The case is tight when you first get it, so you will need to let it stretch a bit before the will slide in and out easily. I love it though. My first one wore out the Velcro, but it was less than a year old, and the vendor replaced at no charge.

how soft is the inner fabric. I do not want scratched screen?

I carry two iPhones, one is an 8+ in the back slot, and an iPhone 10 in the front slot. Neither have a screen protector. I have been carrying them for well over 6 months and no scratches or worries.
