Clear, easy to use and read. Simple to turn off beeps. App is free and works well, syncs with the Apple health app on my phone which I use to track all my health and exercise data. I bought it so that I could get real time data on my heart rate and O2 levels, since I’m currently training my breath hold duration for diving. I can easily see how quickly I’m slowing my pulse and how long I have until my blood oxygen falls below safe levels. I’m really glad that I can turn off the heart rate beeps and the low oxygen warning beep, because that was making my heartbeat rise. I definitely recommend this monitor.

I like this. It's very quick and easy to use. Seems to be accurate. I've learnt how to manage my asthma better by using this when going through a really bad patch. Things are improving now. The battery cover kept coming loose initially. Once the pins were pulled out a little, it stayed in place perfectly.

Recently been diagnosed with low hemoglobin, low oxygen levels in blood. I know when I am not well and this monitor confirms it. You have to find your own base level and work from that. Its easy to use, best on the middle finger, comes well packaged, good booklet. Helped me get my oxygen levels in control simply by having this as a guide almost immediately. Am very happy with the product. For me its been worth it.

Works straight out the box and gives a clear reading. Very useful and this time as it gives an indication if your blood oxygen levels are dropping due to illness and can alert you to life threatening situations allowing you to get medical help as soon as possible. Every home home should have a Pulse Oximeter and this model is a good example.

FITTING THE LANYARD TO THE UNIT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR SOME PEOPLE,GETTING THE THIN CORD THROUGH THE HOLE IS TRICKY ANDTHE WORST PART IS FISHING FOR THE LOOP--DON'T BE TEMPTED TO ANYTHING SHARP AS THE CABLE CARRYING THE WIRES TO THE READ OUT TO THE DISPLAY CAN BE EASILY DAMAGED.

Ho acquistato questo pulsossimetro per me, ne avevo preso un altro in precedenza più costoso per i miei genitori vista la situazione attuale per tenere sotto controllo i loro parametri di saturazione e battito cardiaco in questo periodo di emergenza. Valori compresi fra 95% e 100%, generalmente, sono considerati normali; Prima di recensire questo prodotto ho voluto provarlo per un po’ di tempo e devo dire che la mia esperienza è risultata indubbiamente positiva. Display ottimo per visibilità, forse leggermente piccolo rispetto a quello che già avevo, ma comunque nessun problema. Lo strumento è molto semplice da utilizzare perché basta inserire le due ministilo in dotazione e il saturimetro inizia ad illuminarsi da se, poi basta infilare il dito e neanche attendere 5 secondi e si avrà il risultato sia della saturazione e anche la misurazione del battito cardiaco. Altro aspetto molto utile è che lo strumento è dotato di diverse memorie, le quali permettono di monitore il nostro stato di salute in diversi momenti della giornata. L’apparecchio fornisce la quantità di ossigeno nel sangue (quindi lo stato di salute dei polmoni) ed i battiti cardiaci. Ho verificato la misurazione dei battiti con altri dispositivi in mio possesso e sono corretti. Lo consiglio soprattutto in questo periodo nel quale l'ossigenazione è utile per sapere se si potrebbe avere il Covid. Molto soddisfatto di un prodotto che spesso viene venduto nelle farmacie a costi ampiamente più alti. Quindi consiglio l’acquisto e non sottovalutate i sintomi.

Ich treibe viel Sport und nutze eine Apple Watch Series 4. Die neueren Modelle messen den Blutsauerstoff und ich habe nach einer günstigen Methode gesucht, das auch für mich zu tun. Pulsoximeter bekannterer Hersteller kosten in der Regel um die 60 Euro. Ich war überrascht, ein solches Gerät hier zu einem so günstigen Preis zu finden und bin nicht enttäuscht worden! FUNKTIONSUMFANG Das Gerät misst die funktionelle bzw. partielle Sauerstoffsättigung SpO2 in Prozent. Übliche Werte der arteriellen Sauerstoffsättigung liegen bei gesunden Kindern und jungen Erwachsenen zwischen 96 und 100 %. Bei älteren Menschen oder bei Erkrankungen können auch Werte um 90 % in Ordnung sein. Da fragt man am besten den eigenen Arzt. Das Gerät zeigt außerdem den Puls in Schlägen pro Minute. Ein wichtiger Wert ist auch der Perfusionsindex. Das ist ein numerischer Wert, der dem Blutfluss an der Position des Oximeters entspricht. Es handelt sich um einen relativen Wert, der von Patient zu Patient und je nach Sensorposition variiert. Bei Werten über 4 % wird die Messung als verlässlich betrachtet, darunter gilt die Messung als zu ungenau. Den sollte man also immer im Blick behalten. LIEFERUMFANG Enthalten sind eine umfangreiche Anleitung in fünf verschiedenen Sprachen (darunter in perfektem Deutsch), eine Schnellstartanleitung, ein Garantiekärtchen, ein Lanyard zum Umhängen bzw. für den Transport, Batterien und das Gerät selbst. Man kann sofort loslegen. Die Anleitung ist etwas klein gedruckt. Das ist aber, um das vorwegzunehmen, mein einziger Kritikpunkt an diesem Produkt. WIE FUNKTIONIERT ES? Nachdem man die Batterien eingelegt hat, startet man dass Gerät per Knopfdruck. Dann legt man einen Finger hinein und die Messung beginnt. Kleiner Finger und Ringfinger funktionieren bei mir am besten. Innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden kann man den Wert ablesen. Zusätzlich lassen sich Grenzwerte für SpO2 und den Puls einstellen. Voreingestellt sind 100/94 für SpO und 130/50 für den Puls. Das ist aus meiner Sicht plausibel. Die Vorgehensweise zur Änderung der Werte ist in der Anleitung beschrieben, das lässt sich einfach mit ein paar wenigen Tastendrücken vornehmen. FAZIT Das Gerät ist günstig und misst zuverlässig den Blutsauerstoff. Dabei ist es einfach zu bedienen, man kann wirklich nichts falsch machen. Dank der Anzeige des Perfusionsindex weiß man auch, ob die Messung verlässlich ist oder nicht. Es ist eine tolle Ergänzung für ambitionierte Sportler, Menschen mit Vorerkrankungen, Senioren und alle, die einfach interessiert an Gesundheitsparametern sind. Ich kann das Gerät als Alternative zu teureren Produkten wirklich empfehlen.

Ce saturomètre est de bonne facture, présente des mesures fiables s'il est bien utilisé, et donne ces mesures dans un temps assez court. C'est un petit appareil (6x3,5x3cm), et si son écran rétro-éclairé offre une bonne lisibilité, sa petite taille pourra poser quelques problèmes aux personnes n'ayant pas une acuité visuelle au top. Il est livré avec une notice d'utilisation, 2 piles AA et une dragonne. Ne manque qu'une petite pochette pour le protéger, mais on peut toujours le conserver dans sa boîte d'origine. Il permet de mesurer le pouls, la saturation en oxygène et l'indice de perfusion. Cette dernière performance est un peu "gadget", car son interprétation est soumise à de nombreuses variables. Nous utilisons en famille essentiellement la mesure du pouls, pour estimer le temps de récupération après un effort. Cet appareil est largement suffisant pour cet usage, mais ne remplacera en aucun cas un appareil professionnel (et l'avis médical qui va avec (!) en cas de mesures alarmantes répétées).

Cet oxymètre est livré avec une notice, deux piles AAA et un cordon (mais je ne sais pas comment l’accrocher par contre ?) Je suis satisfaite de cet appareil. Il est de bonne facture et semble fiable dans ses mesures. Il est très simple à utiliser. Il suffit de poser son index à l'intérieur, d’appuyer sur le bouton et les mesures se font très rapidement. L'écran est rétroéclairé, ce qui permet de lire facilement les résultats. Il mesure donc le rythme cardiaque, le taux d’oxygène dans le sang et l'indice de perfusion (je n'ai pas trop compris à quoi sert ce dernier). De plus seul les deux premières mesures nous intéressent vraiment. A noter que si le taux est en oxygène est en dessous de la norme, l’appareil va biper ! Enfin il s’éteint tout seul une fois que l'on ne l'utilise plus, c'est pratique cela évitera d'user les piles pour rien. D'ailleurs un voyant de batterie est visible sur l'écran pour indiquer le niveau d'énergie. Il servira donc pour mon mari qui est de temps en temps anémié et pour ma fille qui doit souvent prendre son pouls lors de ses activités sportives. Produit très correct. Je recommande.
