How many bags in one, or is it one bag in each refill?

It doesn't go by bags it goes by feet. You tie the end of each one then cut & retie so it's like one long tube of bags.The refill cartridge has 14-feet of plastic, my wife says she gets about 12-bags each. She also said they are large and hold a lot of waste, and she "loves it!" Much less hassle, no odor, and easy to use. I price checked them at Petsmart and they were the same price as amazon has. A little pricey, but worth the convenience.

Does it really take 1 to 3 months to ship as it says in the description?

Are these for the genie plus or are these standard? i just ordered a litter genie plus, and i want to make sure i get the right refill for it.

I looked at both systems and it looks to me like they use the same refill for Litter Genie and Litter Genie Plus

Correct. Put the used litter into the genie litter holder. Each refill holds a very long plastic bag and cutter. I like the genie.

Very good quality. Holds a lot. Fits perfect in the litter genie standard. Do not buy the jumbo one if you have a standard litter genie, it will not fit. Easy to install. No odor.
