Good, but Accuracy is low
The lab and the machine report shows the difference of 30 units. overall its is good. It shows the reading higher, i have to consider 30 units less as shown in the machine.

Fauls reading
I purchased your Control D glucometer, but it is not giving accurate readings and shows false results repeatedly. I have already contacted your support via call and WhatsApp and even shared images, but the only solution provided was to courier the device to you. This is not convenient at all, as I will not have any device to check my sugar levels during that time. Also, there is no clear timeline on when the device will be fixed and returned. This is very disappointing in terms of both product quality and customer service. Kindly provide a proper and quick resolution to this issue.
