Can I use this wax in my lip area?

Hard was is gentler on the skin. It only adheres to the hair so pulling makes it's a lot easier then when using strips. It's recommended for sensitive areas such as the lip and bikini area, but it's perfect for everything:

I had a very difficult time getting the hard wax to come off in one smooth strip. It grabbed onto and removed the hair but it was crumbled. AnyTips?

The wax needs to be warm, not hot. Its much easier to work with. Apply a thick layer, and DONT wait too long before pulling the strip off, (maybe 35 seconds) , its getting hard and crumbly because your applying it too thin or letting it set too long. I did the same thing. Hope this helps you out !

How many waxes can you get out of one pot?

It depends on what area. I use it for my bikini wax, and I have used it a full pot for more than 20 times. Hard to estimate though because I have been using it for more than a year and I usually wax about twice a month. I sometime also do my upper lip and armpit. I however don't have much hair. Has anyone used this on their side burns?

Yes!! I use this on eyebrows, microscopic facial peach fuzz, to clean up my hairline (sideburns if you want to call it that), armpits, and bikini area. This wax gets all those areas.
