They are flat (actually, they are sort of concave in design).

These rings are 3/16 inches thick . . . very durable and versatile . . . we play all kinds of fun lawn games with them

They have some bend to them but they are not totally flexible like rubber. They are flat, which is the best thing about them. They’re not tubular like ones you get at the dollar store!
