What are the ingredients I in silk coat balm?

The key ingredients are Jojoba Seed Oil, Hydrolyzed Silk, Tocopherol (vitamin E), Squalane. I have super, crazy sensitive skin and I use this day and night and LOVE it. I bought PCA pHase 20 Silkcoat Balm from "A Value Online" through Amazon. How do I know it's not a counterfeit product?

I don't know how you know other than making sure you're buying from a vendor that has pretty much all positive feedback not only as a supplier but also for the particular product you're looking to buy. If you have no previous history with the product to compare it to, you might never know. I happened to check my product with my doctor's office and it was the exact same packaging and product looked and felt the same.

Are you an approved seller of PCA products?

I don't believe Amazon has a contract with PCA because this is simply a selling platform for the vendor. I have purchased the PCA products, including this item, found them to be the "Real" thing and was very happy with it. Don't be afraid, it is much less expensive than buying from retailers. less $$ here, same product. you Win

Whats the difference between the silkcoat and silkcoat phaze20

Not sure what Silkcoat 20 is but can't say enough about Silkcoat Balm. Excellent soothing and healing cream.
