Despite the description says "Self Adjusting" and "One Size". It does not fit all! Extremely disappointed. Watch as it is not returnable. If I would have had the option of zero star, I would have used it!

Die Kniestütze funktioniert, ist leicht anzulegen und bietet einen (gefühlsmäßig) wirklich stabilen Halt.Genau das was ich gesucht habe.Die Knieprobleme beim Joggen (Ich weiß, nich joggen wenn das Knie weh tun.....) sind mit der Stütze Geschichte.Das Material und die Verarbeitung machen auf mich auch einen sehr guten Eindruck.Einziger Kritikpunkt für mich ist die Größe. Meine Beine sind nich gerade Schlank, aber ich muss die Stütze um einen festen Halt zu bekommen etwas -wie soll ich sagen- "überlappen" beim Schließen. Sie hält aber trotzdem.Is eben 1 size...Also wenn man nicht zu schlanke Beine hat dann gibt's von mir ne klare Kaufempfehlung.

I suppose I would call this an "entry level" product as they do offer Much More Expensive ones than this, but even so it's a pretty good deal. I've owned a few of these, and in the past have gotten them at a local grocery store. Trick being I had to wait till they were on sale and then Roam The City to find a store that actually had them in stock. This go round I figured I'd just get them on Amazon as the price is good and no need to Roam The City to pick them up. Showed up in two days (Prime), so saved me money on gas, if nothing else. :)For what it is worth, there appear to be (Feb 2018) at least three of these is a similar price range.B00267SFL6 This oneB00267SFKM Has adjustable/removable metal hingesB002C31S7M Slightly better (?) version of #2Prices are like 14-ish, 15-ish, and 16-ish., so not exactly a huge difference in price, but it is nice to have different versions out there as no two knees are alike.To be realistic, for how much this costs, you can't expect it to be Top of the Line. After a while, the Velcro will not attach very well and it will slip, so you'll need to move the straps around a bit. I use a cloth bandage to wrap <over> this brace to help keep the Velcro from slipping.Also it may (or may not) chafe the skin around or under your knee. I found that wrapping a soft wrinkle-resistant pillow case between it and Mr. Knee helps to avoid chafing issues. Placing a cloth between it and Mr. Knee also helps out when it comes to keeping the brace "clean" as it's pretty easy to wash a piece of cloth whereas washing (and drying) the knee brace is a bit trickier. Now that I know I can get these on Amazon for a good price, will purchase again when the current ones wear out.

However, sweat may cause a slight displacement over the knee because of the continuous movements.

My wife has has injuries to her knees over the years and about a year ago she bought one of these to wear in the gym and found that they aided her a lot. When her other knee started to give her discomfort she decided to have support for it. In my wisdom I decided that she should try a different type with ajustable straps to see if that would be better. Bad mistake. The other one proved to be too large and restricting. I returned it to amazon and bought this one again and there was happiness all round. This stabalizer provides just enough support without making you look like an out and out Jock.
