This handle arrived promptly and as advertised. Installation was fairly easy. Initially and like the Anonymous reviewer from Dec 10/20, I too thought the handle seemed a bit wobbly. However, I could then see that the receiving holes in the door frame needed to be enlarged slightly (easily done with a round file) such that the handle would seat properly on the frame. In my situation, 1 set of mounting screws were too long and the other set a bit short so I had to file down the longer set. Again, no big deal. Good value.

After trying some other sliding door handles from here, which were just too weak or a nightmare to install, I finally found a solid replacement for my glass-door. Not only this was quick to install, but also the handle is strong, giving me much more force when closing & opening the door.I saw the same model at Home Depot, and was about to get it, when I noticed that it was much cheaper on Amazon. So, got it on here instead right away instead.

This is a great replacement handle! Come with all of the necessary hardware and is secure. Super easy to install and if done correctly, it's solid! I see a fee reviews indicating that the handle was wobbly after installation but I honestly think that is operator error and the handle isn't placed correctly. I've had no issues with the locking mechanism. I didn't really have high expectations but I would give this a 5/5 and would buy again (although I hope I don't have to). I had this in my shopping cart for a long time (months). I noticed the price fluctuates a lot... I ordered mine for $33CAD. I've seen as low as $27 and as high as $73!

Works well but I had to use my screws from my old ones. Nevertheless it added a fresh look to my sliding doors and I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s made of a strong plastic not flimsy.
