Sure. I dont see why not. I think I have used it in a pinch as a moisturizer under my makeup but never as a night cream. I tend to like something that is a bit thicker.

No, not in my opinion. The "milk" part gives it a creamy feel and has nothing to do with the scent, which is pleasant and fairly mild.
