For me the product is good, only thing is that you have mentioned 2 years warranty but no invoices for the product, why? Rest all is perfect. I Hope something doesn't go wrong with my product in the coming 2 years, if so, don't know where I'll look for the supplier..

The device will not show what the problem exactly only will show for example in Engine or somewhere else.

I purchased this scanner with very high hopes. Unfortunately, the unit delivered to me looked like it has been used before or it might be a unit returned by some other buyer. Anyways, being very excited I plugged in it my car (BMW 330i). It took forever for the unit to boot and once it booted the screen was half missing/stuck. I selected the Auto VIN option and the unit made some clicking sounds and completely got stuck. At this point, I kept waiting for the unit to respond and when it didn't I unplugged it and tried to start the car. The car now had no crank, I got really scared and kept trying to start my car but unfortunately, there was no crank. Out of options, I had to send my car on recovery to a garage. The garage informed me that the main fuse was blown and there weren't able to figure out the reason. But I knew the reason was the scanner. Please don't buy this unit and it might even damage the car ECU. I was lucky that I ended up paying for recovery and fuse replacement charges only. If the damage was severe it could have damaged the ECU for which the repair costs would have been in 1000s.

I received quick however it was used before (no sticker, screen little bit scratched, doesn't work). On the same day I asked for return and I got approval and until now no body contact me for refund. I'm disappointed.

Great product. While nice to have a better screen though. It does what it is expected to do and does a thorough job but now like the manufacturer specific scanners. You will definitely pull out all fault codes on this and clear them.

Had an old unit from temu I think, years old, it didn't work with my Renault master, been looking at multiple but none appeared to work with Renault Master, gave this a go and the amount of available scans, info and items is bloody good, I use to have to take to Renault to get gear box issues fixed, to even know what was wrong, I now save $150 per bloody scan that they'd charge for the scan, just to tell me what was wrong, I can also call em out on BS.

This is probably the most powerful scanner for this price range. Having done my research, this is the only scanner in this price range that are able to scan, detect and reset other systems in a wide range of vehicles and are updated for free from the company. This is so good that if i could I would rate it 6 stars our of 5. However it should really be 5 stars, as it was extremely slow to use this unit. For reference it took 18 minutes to scan all the sytems on a Nissan based vehicle. In summary very good scanner but make sure you're not in a hurry and you don't run a shop, because if you did, it'll drive you insane.
