It is NOT sealed, AND NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE
THE OIL IS NOT sealed, not hygienic. How can I use something opened on my face? No, it is dangerous, plus it is NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE?? They know people will return it, so they removed that option!! so you are STUCK WITH IT!!
