You can wear the patches directly on your skin, we also recommended wearing your own skin care products under the patches to help infuse them into the skin to increase their efficacy. Please follow instructions that come with our packaging.

Are these effective for upper lip vertical lines?

I would not buy them again. They rolled up and I did not see any improvements.

These r very tiny. Does anyone make a "curve" for lip lines that may be around 2 inches?

You can overlap other patch shapes to get the exact coverage you are looking for. For example, you can cut the Triangle patch in half, it is effective placing both halves on the upper lip layered into Dolphin. Ms. Mimiko has a series of videos on our Toute Nuit You Tube channel showing this "Triangle Trick" and placement and also how to overlap different patch shapes.

does the adhesive cause breakout after use?

I have just started to use this product and I have very sensitive skin and have seen no sign of breakouts. I feel confident using this product.
