I’d like to purchase these speakers, an amplifier, and a subwoofer. What amp and subwoofer are the best for the price?

Not sure about the amp but the SVS sb 2000 subwoofer would be the best choice. If that one is too expensive, their sb 1000 would be an excellent choice as well.

I’m not an audio afficianado but wanted to know if theses are Bluetooth as well and also, exactly what components do you need to complete the sound?

These are "regular" speakers. Non powered, just plain old regular speakers that require hard wiring to an amp and other components. They do sound great in a medium sized room, give them a couple days to break in, they sound better given time, YMMV. Mine are in a 16 X 18 foot room on 24 inch speaker stands, If you have a larger area then I would go with towers.

Woofer size says 5.25" in listing. I think it is actually a 6.5" woofer in the B6.2?

What is the difference in acoustic quality between the B5.2 and B6.2?

Room Size and Volume Area would determine the Move from the 5.25 to the 6.5 For that Deep bass Volume Effect. For most modern Size Rooms The 5.25 Is more than enough to Give You that Stage Setting Front Row Seat Feel from Your Audio Video Listening Experinece.
