Universal Audio Apollo x16 Heritage Edition

They build great products but holy cow do they suck at just about every thing else. I won't get into problems with other products, but the x8p I just opened does not have the TRS Output connections as pictured here or on their website. It comes with a DB25 output connection .. so now I don't have the wires to hook it up. Awesome, have a nice 3 day weekend to play with my new gear ... except I can't .. because Universal Audio can't be bothered to update their website and documentation when making major changes to their gear. This is on par with every other experience I've had with them not shipping $1000s in promotional items, ignoring my emails for days and weeks, and disabling plugin's I've paid for randomly and making me spend weeks jumping through hoops to get them back and more. I just spent $3.400 and can't use my gear because you cant even properly tell me what connections your gear takes .. terrible terrible terrible
