Highly recommend to those who are using Derma PEN
i used different topical numbing cream for pain relief, but this one is more better than the ones i tried i highly recommend it to those who are using derma pen like me.

Felt a tingling sensation, but when I waxed, it was suuuper painful. I have followed the instructions and waited 30 minutes, reapplied, waited 20 more minutes, and NADA

Scam! DO NOT BUY THIS!
Such a terrible waste of money, it doesn't do anything at all!! The product is tampered with, it is just normal creme it doesn't do any numbing whatsoever! I contacted the seller about it and they do not respond, do not buy this product!

Works great for a tattoo, I took a shower, exfoliated, shaved the area, I rubbed in a thin layer at first, let that dry. Then I went back in with a thicker layer of cream, covered it with cling wrap, and let it sit for atleast an 30 mins- 1hour, I have used this again and kept it on for about an hour and a half, my leg was numb the whole time before,during and after the tattoo for a bit. No pain. Easy to use. Application is easy as well. Doesnโt feel greasy either feels like a lotion. I have sensitive skin and this gave me no skin irritation.

Worked for me but...
My husband and I usually get our numbing cream from our tattoo artist but I decided to try something different as I didn't feel like the cream we usually gets works all that well. This stuff worked great. At my last session with the artist numbing cream- doing the outline on the top of my shoulder was so painful I was squirming. With my most recent session with this cream I didn't feel a thing! Today my hubs tried this cream for his ditch/inner elbow which is a super painful spot.. but he felt everything! So I wonder if it the amount of numbing-ness depends on your skin type? We followed the directions I saw thru reviews. Light layer rubbed in, wait 5 mins and then thick layer with plastic wrap 1 hr before appointment. The jar is small, but did this process on a 5x5" spot and 6x8" spot and still have a little under a 1/4 of a bottle. I will use this product again.. the hubs will have to find something different. Lol

Works great! Numbing lasts a long time
I prenumbed with this product before MOHS even though my dermatologist said it wouldn't work. I never felt the numbing shots and the nurses were amazed! Highly recommend
