The Best Pulls on the Market
I love this product. I will never take traditional pills again. The dosage is great and the pill is easy to tolerate as it melts in your mouth.

Great taste melts in mouth easily
As a bariatric patient these work really well because it melts in your mouth and easier to process than regular pills which i cannot ever process. They are too expensive for me to take everyday like I am supposed too. I can only get them a couple times a year. There needs to be more brands that are cheaper if these because bariatric patients are supposed to take them and others force the rest of their lives and cannot take them because they cannot afford them.

Yuck!! Not so fast dissolving with a nasty taste!
I thought fast dissolving would be best for me. I take a few pills daily, but I thought a dissolving or chewable would be better for absorption. I don’t know if my mouth is just broken, or if the person timing this has a different definition of fast, but holy smokes these are awful!! The taste is bad, the vitamins are huge (and you take 2!), and it’s just not good IMO. I feel nauseated before the vitamins have even dissolved. If I hadn’t already taken some, I’d try to exchange them for a chewable or capsule. This is a $20 dust collector now. They are so bad!

Pleasantly Surprised
I hate chewable vitamins. Did not enjoy the Bariatric advantage ones my office gave me as a sample and when I saw the price I wasn’t too excited. Found these on Amazon last minute, figured I’d give them a try while I was on liquid phase and if I didn’t like them could just try something else’s since they were 20 bucks and contain iron, which I need because I have gone anemic in the past. I can feel when my iron gets low because I have the urge to either chew ice or ferally sink my teeth into a bloody steak. On day 3 post op I started having that malnourished anemic ravenous feeling since I’ve been on liquids only and knew my body needed vitamins. I took two together at night because I was feeling depleted and having cravings for meat which I can’t eat right now. They honestly tasted great which I was surprised at. Maybe it’s because I’m so hungry, but I was expecting them to be awful. They are a bit chalky obviously but also a bit creamy once you chew them up and have a pleasant kiwi, berry and maybe even a hint of banana flavour? I got the natural fruit flavoured ones. When I woke up that horrid depleted anemic feeling was gone so I know they work! I honestly might stick with these even when I’m out of liquid phase. Definitely recommend!
